Tropical fruit mix tart

Use ready-made tart pastry or prepare it at home from flour, butter and water. Place the pastry in an ovenproof tart tin and partially bake the crust before adding the frozen fruit. Arrange the frozen Casa Țărănească tropical fruit mix, then sprinkle a little sugar and a tablespoon of flour over the tart to absorb the excess juice while baking.

Bake until the crust turns golden and the fruit is soft and juicy. Once cooled, add whipped cream or ice cream for extra flavour.
