Vegetable mix for romanian sour soup


Vegetables in variable proportions (pepper cubes, tomato cubes, potatoes cub, fine cut green beans in pods, carrot cubes, onion cubes, celery cubes).

Cooking instructions

Do not thaw before cooking. Put the vegetable mix in a pot of boiling water or meat soup. Cover and cook over medium heat. Add pre-cooked borscht or borscht concentrate and herbs. Stir occasionally.
