Baked eggplant, peeled, whole.
Preparation
Thaw the eggplants and let them drain. Place them in a bowl and add oil or mayonnaise, mixing with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth paste. Season to taste.

Grown outside the EU. Packed in Romania.
