Roasted chopped eggplants.
Preparation
Defrost the eggplants and leave to drain. Put in a bowl, add oil or mayonnaise, then stir with a wooden spoon to obtain a smooth consistency. Season to taste.
Origin
Grown outside the EU. Packed in Romania.

This product is frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
