Vegetable mix for meatball soup


Vegetables in variable proportions (carrots cubes, onion cubes, tomatoes cubes, parsnips cubes, red pepper cubes, celery cubes).

Cooking instructions

Do not thaw before cooking. Put the product in a pot of boiling water. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the meatballs. Add cooked or concentrated broth and season to taste. Simmer until the meatballs are well cooked, then add lovage or parsley.
