Vegetables in variable proportions (potato cubes, fine green peas, tomato cubes, cut green beans in pods, onion cubes, carrot cubes, pepper cubes, celery cubes).
Do not thaw before cooking. Cut the beef in small pieces and put into boil in a pot with water. Add salt, then put the vegetable mix in a pot of boiling water. Cover and cook over medium heat. Add pre-cooked borscht or borscht concentrate. Season to taste. Let it boil and add parsley.
