Cut the smoked bacon and fry it lightly in a pan.
Beat the eggs with the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper and mix in the grated cheese.
Arrange the frozen Casa Țărănească crinkle-cut potatoes in an oiled tray, sprinkle the bacon over them, then pour in the egg mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C, until a golden crust forms. Hearty and delicious — ideal for family dinners.
