Rice with vegetables


Pre-cooked long grain rice (35%), vegetables in varying proportions (diced carrots, diced red pepper, diced onion, diced tomatoes, diced parsley)

Cooking instructions

In a hot pan, melt a little butter with olive oil and add the pilaf mixture with vegetables while stirring continuously for 5-7 mnutes. Add a glass of water, salt, pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
