Baked salmon with a side dish of vegetables with rice and broccoli

Cooking instruction

In a hot pan add oil, butter, and a clove of chopped garlic, then the vegetables with rice and broccoli, which we harden a little before adding water. Simmer over low heat until ready.

Grease the salmon with a little oil, season it to taste with greenery, salt, and pepper, then put it in the oven at 190o C for 20-25 minutes or until it changes color.

Serve with a garnish of rice and broccoli.
