In a hot pan add oil, butter, and a clove of chopped garlic, then the vegetables with rice and corn, which we harden a little before adding water. Boil over low heat until ready.
Put the meat croquettes in the oven, in a tray in which, previously, we put baking paper and leave them in the oven, at 200o C until they turn golden.
When the vegetables are ready, add them to the plate next to the meat croquettes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
