Put the baked and chopped eggplant in a thawing bowl. When they have thawed, add thinly sliced ​​onions, and in a separate bowl prepare the mayonnaise, which we will homogenize with a blender.

Add the mayonnaise, a little oil, a clove of garlic, and the juice of half a lemon and mix well. Stir in the mayonnaise with the baked and chopped eggplant and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
